At that time, a wish for a slightly smoky and yet natural tasting tobacco was in demand. After the tobaccos have been spun into ropes it is stored for weeks and then cut into small coins. All the rolls in this tobacco have a centre of Dark Fired Kentucky which adds a slightly smoky note to the natural sweet Virginia tobacco. On top of these great taste-givers, a little bit of Latakia is added which adds to the smoky flavour in its own way. Like most of our spun tobaccos, water and maple sugar are boiled and added to the tobacco.
